Is EZOfficepool.com a gambling site?

Absolutely NOT. EZOfficepool.com offers only the service people can use to run their own pool. The commissioner completely sets the rules for the pool and carries out those rules. If any money is collected/awarded by your commissioner, that is completely separate from EZOfficepool.com.

Is EZOfficepool.com a secure site?

Yes, we are secure site and completely legitimate. Your personal information will never be sold, shared or given to any 3rd party group.

What is the difference between a Public Group and a Private Group?

A Public Group is one where the person signs up and joins a group with other public members. Public Groups are run by EZOP. A Private Group is one where a person starts a group and notifies players of the group name and password so they can join. The person who starts the group up is called the commissioner.

Do I have to become a member of EZOfficepool.com to play?

Yes, but memberships are free. You sign up with a minimal amount of information and start playing. You can play in one of our public groups or join a private group once the commissioner of that group tells you the group name and password.

How much does it cost to start a group?

It's only $30 to start a 20 person group. If you need more than 20 spots, it's $2.50 for each additional 5 spots.

How much does it cost to join a group?

EZOfficePool.com does not charge anything to join a group. You'd have to contact your group commissioner to see if he has any fees associated with the pool he's running.

What is the difference between, "Start A Group" and "Join A Group"?

Start A Group is used when you'd like to register your own Private Group. The Commissioner selects this to begin the group. Join A Group is used when you would like to join a pool that has already been established. This can be a Public Group or Private Group. In a Public Group, you are given a Group Name and Password from EZOP. In a Private Group, the Commissioner gives you the group name and password.

Can I Play More Than One Pool?

YES. You can join as many Public Groups or Private Groups as you would like.

What If I forget my Password or Group Name?

Simple. When you attempt to sign in, you'll see a link that reads "I forgot my password". Click on that link and you'll be asked for your email address. We'll look it up and email your password to you. If you don't already have an account with us, you'll have to set one up.

How can I make my picks if I don't have access to a computer?

Do yourself a favor, sell your car and buy a computer!! You'll have to make arrangements with your commissioner to submit your picks.

The season has already started; can I still start or join a group?

YES. You can "Start A Group", or "Join a Group" anytime throughout the season.

However, you will show zero points for any missed weeks.
